Doug Lithgow B.E. (Elec) – Director/Principal
Engineer
Doug has more than 35 years’ experience
in the industry as a professional electrical
engineer form a practical beginning as an
electrician. With a broad experience in
multi-discipline projects, his specialist
areas are automation, control systems and
drives. Doug’s passion is developing
solutions that best suit the operation and
the user and work reliably and simply through
a combination of technology and proven techniques
and elements.

by financial benefits, I really enjoy site
based work, being involved, mentoring and
developing new engineers and achieving engineering
excellence. Away from work I like the natural
peace of the outback and camping with my

Ken Hipwell – Director/Principal
Engineer
Ken brings over 30 years’ experience
in the industry as an electrician and electrical
engineer. While he also has broad experience
in multi-discipline projects, Ken’s
area of expertise is project and construction
management. Ken’s passion is to drive
projects, pull people together and work
as a team to achieve.

to sit still, I enjoy people and working

make things happen.
