objective is to create and manage document files
in a systematic manner that will avoid duplication
or ambiguity, provide an accurate revision history,
produce high quality documents that have meaning
to the end user.
The files are stored in electronic formats and
managed in ways that allow sharing of files and
searching for individual groups of files that
match selectable criteria. All files are regularly
backed up in a redundant and reliable way.
Multiskilled have chosen Blue Ciello’s
Meridian Software as their Document Management
System. Meridian allows Multiskilled to manage
documents through their lifecycle, from creation,
review, storage and distribution all the way to
their final archiving or destruction. Meridian
also allows Multiskilled to keep track of work
processes, documents and document revisions whilst
allowing the documents to be shared with others.
Multiskilled is also using Meridian to archieve
emails appropriately with their related projects.
